Hi, You are welcomed to the "AIRCEL Service Quality in West Bengal" blog spot. This is a space for people to share the service they are getting.
I am student of IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal. As such I am not very much interested in creating such blogs (though I love to join and answer mostly in my field). But I feel the quality of operators is very poor in West Bengal and we should have at least some space so that our problems can be identified. If someone wishes to know, there should be some opinion of the users about them. So I request you to please MENTION THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND YOUR PROBLEM HERE. I feel someday this is going to do something to you. I hope someone will be watching this blog so please share your opinions.

I really feel trapped.
The number from which i get a call, dialing to it says 'The number does not exist', isn't it funny. How can they convey wrong information.
The service is really bad
